Westbury Theatre Renovation
Built in the 1920’s, the original Westbury Theatre was a replica of a Medieval Theatre in England, making it the only theatre of its kind in North America. The theatre, originally opened as the Calderone Theatre, was in a state of total disrepair. Given its historical significance for the Village of Westbury, the renovation was vital, especially since the Village of Westbury, itself, has undergone its own transformation in the last 10 years.
Hoffman Grayson Architects in Huntington was chosen for the design of the renovation; we, at Zucaro Construction, are the General Contractors. This new theatre will be an 800 seat Dinner Theatre that will also have live performances, theatrical productions, as well as movies.
We are excited to be a part of this historically significant project in the heart of Nassau County.
