Community National Bank

Two Locations: New Hyde Park and Woodbury

New Hyde Park Community National Bank, located on the corner of Lakeville Avenue and Hillside Avenue is a new building that has high-end interior with custom millwork, stone and stainless steel finishes. It is both new and inviting. The high-tech exterior façade is constructed with “Alucobond”, Glass Curtainwall, and Custom Masonry.

Woodbury Community National Bank, located on the corner of Woodbury Road and Jericho Turnpike, is a more traditional design with a stylish stucco façade and the same high-end interior finishes, which are the new “look” for the Community National Banks.

Both Locations had extensive site work; the Woodbury location is very near wetlands that needed to be preserved.

Zwanger Pesiri

Zwanger Pesiri Radiology is one of the leading Radiology Centers on Long Island. We were happy to work with this quickly expanding company.

West Islip Location:

Phase I: 761 Montauk Highway

This project involved ground-up construction of a new building, including complete site work. The design was a “South Shore” look, using Hardy Plank siding and stone to keep the building in tune with the surrounding community. The interior was crafted with custom millwork, giving the facility a comforting warmth, not typical to most radiology centers. Needless to say, state of the art specialty MRI/CT equipment was installed, including the proper insulation for Magnetic Radiology and Sound Insulation.

Phase II: 759 Montauk Highway

We did a complete renovation of the existing facilities exterior façade to match its adjacent building, the new building from Phase I. The renovation was completed without disrupting daily services to Zwanger Pesiri’s patients. The interior renovation required that we match the reception area of both offices to seamlessly maintain the same design and feel.

Medford Location:

This facility was already operational when we were contracted to complete the renovation. We were able to isolate the area in which we worked, without disruption to the daily operations and customer appointments. Our goal was to make this as seamless as possible for all of the patients and staff at Zwanger Pesiri. We did a complete interior renovation of space adjacent to the current location, added state of the art radiology equipment, and combined it to their existing space.

Parker Waichman Alonso, LLP

One of the largest and most successful personal injury attorneys in the tri-state area, Parker Waichman, Alonso,LLP chose a 26,000 square foot office building for renovation for their corporate headquarters in New York.

Zucaro Construction was trusted by the owners, from the onset, in helping analyze various sites for their new corporate offices. We were also asked to estimate the potential costs for renovations of the various sites previewed. Zucaro then assembled a professional team that included Mojo Stumer Architects, Cameron Engineering and Sidney Bowne & Company.

A complete demolition of the interior of the chosen building was required to transform it into an elegant office space. The renovation included large personal offices for the firms principals- all with private restrooms, several conference rooms, smaller attorney offices throughout the facility and a massive bullpen area for the 100+ member staff. An employee cafeteria and file storage facilities are all on site.

These corporate offices contain special, fine finishes, including Rosa Levante marble throughout the lobby, a stainless steel revolving door at the entrance, hand finished wood paneling with stainless steel accents. The acoustical ceiling above the bullpen is both esthetically beautiful, as well as practical, for sound retention in the main area.

We completed this renovation in 6 months.
