Mr. Zucaro personally undertook many of the design elements to convert the structure … saving millions of dollars and greatly expediting the approval process for the project…. I can easily say that working with Andy was a pleasure, and that his work was simply fantastic…I don’t think there is another contracting firm on the planet that could have pulled this job off.
